Required Information for Counter-Notification
To be effective, a counter-notification must include the following:
1. Identification of the material
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
2. Statement under penalty of perjury

3. Consent to jurisdiction
Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United Kingdom, for any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
4. Signature
Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original claim. The original complainant will then have ten business days to notify us that they have filed legal action relating to the allegedly infringing material. If we do not receive such notification, we may restore the removed content.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our services and terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Processing Time
We aim to process all valid DMCA notices within five business days of receipt. Complex cases may require additional time for review and investigation.
False Claims
Please note that under applicable law, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability.
